Join us on New Year’s Day 2026 as Philadelphia comes alive for the 2026 Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia Mummers Parade, celebrating 125 years of Mummery and the 250th anniversary of the United States.
The Parade steps off at 9:00 a.m. from City Hall, traveling south down Broad Street all the way to Washington Avenue, concluding around 7:00 p.m. Thousands of performers, musicians, and dancers will fill the streets with color, music, and the unmistakable energy of the New Year.
Key Locations along the route
City Hall & Dilworth Plaza
The heart of the action! Judging for all divisions takes place on the west side of City Hall at Dilworth Plaza.
This is the only location with reserved seating, available for purchase at the Philadelphia Independence Visitor Center (6th & Market Streets) or online at phlvisitorcenter.com.
Market Street & JFK Boulevard
Beginning around 11:00 a.m., fans can visit the String Band staging areas along Market Street (17th–21st Streets) and JFK Boulevard (17th–20th Streets) to see the performers up close as they prepare to be judged on their routines.
